Derek Eid

Derek Eid has extensive experience in sales and enablement roles, currently serving as the Director of Global Enablement at Vectra AI since July 2016, where the focus is on utilizing AI to detect unknown threats in hybrid cloud environments. Previous positions at Vectra AI include Sr. Manager Global Field Enablement and Director of Worldwide Customer Success and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR). Derek Eid also held various positions at SignalFx, Sitek Process Solutions, and Summit Interconnect, including roles as Enterprise Development Representative and Global Inside Sales Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management from California State University, Chico, as well as coursework in Nanotechnology and Criminal Justice from Foothill College and Sierra College.
