Grant Kaiser

Grant Kaiser is a seasoned tax attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently a Shareholder at Vedder Price since August 2015, Grant previously served as a Senior Associate and Associate in M&A Tax at PwC from July 2013 to July 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Law Clerk at Lavelle Law, Ltd., where assistance was provided to small-business clients on litigation, corporate governance, and taxation. Grant has also held positions in legal clinics and government agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service and the City of Chicago - Law Department. An alumnus of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law with an LL.M. in Taxation, Grant also holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University.
