Niovi Antoniou

Niovi Antoniou is an Associate at Vedder Price, specializing in Global Transportation Finance since March 2020. Previously, Niovi held an Associate position at Reed Smith LLP focused on Transportation - Asset Finance from September 2018 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as a Trainee Solicitor at Ince & Co, with rotations in Dry Shipping Litigation, Energy and Infrastructure, and Asset Finance. Niovi has also provided sanctions advice and participated in international arbitration and litigation in aviation and wet shipping. In extracurricular roles, Niovi was the EU Delegate for Oikos Model WTO and served as the Special and Differential Treatment Chairwoman at the 9th WTO Ministerial Conference in Bali Simulation. Educational credentials include a Legal Practice Course and Graduate LLB from BPP Law School, an MSc in International Political Economy, and a BSc in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Niovi’s foundational education was completed at The English School, Nicosia, Cyprus.
