Derek Lewkowicz

Derek Lewkowicz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and cloud technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Altera Digital Health since May 2022, Derek focuses on Azure development for Northwell Health, utilizing various Azure services and ASP.NET Core. Concurrently, Derek has been with Allscripts since March 2015, contributing to the care management system CareTool and overseeing its migration to Azure cloud. Previous roles include Lead Development Engineer at Clever Devices, where Derek designed a real-time web-based management system, and Senior Software Engineer at CA Technologies, where automation solutions for infrastructure management were developed. Derek began a career in 1997 as Lead Development Engineer at QueryObject Systems and holds a Master of Science in Electronics from Warsaw University of Technology.
