Neville Kujur

Neville Kujur is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Admin at VEGROW since May 2024. Previously, Neville held the position of Director - HR at Flipkart from February 2020 to July 2024, where expertise in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing organizational agility was developed. Prior experience includes leading HR at Wildcraft, where a focus on the emerging outdoor industry was prominent, and serving as an HR Business Partner at Britannia Industries Limited, gaining insights into effective business partnering. Early career experiences at ICICI Bank and Firstsource Solutions Limited provided foundational skills in talent acquisition and HR operations.
