Bart Koning

Bart Koning has extensive experience in the field of safety and risk management, particularly concerning hazardous materials and external safety. Since January 1998, Bart has worked at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland as an Adviseur Gevaarlijke Stoffen and has been involved in updating the scenarioboek externe veiligheid to reflect current developments. Additionally, Bart has served as a specialist in environmental safety and a volunteer chief firewatch at post Lisserbroek. Previous roles include project contributions to Brandweer Amsterdam-Amstelland and policy advising for Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland. Bart’s educational background includes degrees in Environmental Technology from Saxion University and various specialized safety training programs.
