Pamela Schuurmans

Pamela Schuurmans is an accomplished coach and trainer with extensive experience in behavioral change, stress prevention, visual learning, and career coaching. Currently serving at Carpe Vitam coaching since September 2014, Pamela offers individual coaching and training workshops for various demographics, including work pressure management and visual learning methods. As a career coach at Career & Kids B.V. since February 2024, Pamela specializes in helping working parents balance their professional and family responsibilities. In addition, Pamela has been an internal coach and trainer at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since August 2019 and has held roles in education and social support across various organizations, including the Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum and de Waag. Pamela is a certified NOBCO-EMCC practitioner coach and a registered instructor in the Central Register Short Vocational Education (CRKBO), holding multiple qualifications in coaching, education, and psychology.
