Sander Boon

Sander Boon currently serves as a Senior Adviseur Operationele Voorbereiding at Brandweer Kennemerland since February 2022, while simultaneously holding various roles at Veiligheidsregio Kennemerland since 2008, including Intervisor, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt, Auditor, and Coach. Sander specializes in individual, conflict, and group coaching, along with mindfulness training aimed at enhancing situational awareness and workplace presence. Previous experiences include serving as Staff Officer Emergency Response at Schiphol and participating in multiple national project groups with Brandweer Nederland. Sander's educational background includes degrees in Business Administration and expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Mindfulness training.
