Diego Lerner

Diego Lerner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and international law. Currently, Diego serves as a Partner at Veirano Advogados since February 2019, following a tenure as a Senior Associate at the same firm from May 2011 to January 2018. Prior to this, Diego worked as a Senior Associate at Duane Morris & Selvam LLP from February 2018 to January 2019 and as an Officer at the International Monetary Fund between 2010 and 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, alongside a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and an exchange program at The University of Texas at Austin.
