Evan Norton

Evan Norton is the Founder and Managing Partner of SPRIG Equity, a growth equity and late-stage venture capital firm focused on enhancing patient outcomes through collaboration with leading teams and technologies in Medical Technology, since October 2022. Concurrently, Evan serves as Managing Partner at Ballast Capital LLC, a healthcare investment firm known for its proprietary deal flow, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, teaching Medical Products Commercialization and Funding. Previous experience includes roles as General Partner at Accelmed, Divisional Vice President, Managing Director, and Director of Venture Investments at Abbott Ventures, and Principal at Onset Ventures. Evan holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
