Nial Chase DeMena is an accomplished healthtech entrepreneur, currently serving as Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Vella Bioscience, a company focused on sexually empowering women through innovative products. In addition to this role, Nial holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at EO, overseeing product development and ecommerce operations. As Co-Owner and Founder of Temescal Wellness, Nial has played a pivotal role in establishing a successful medical and recreational cannabis brand in Massachusetts. Nial’s extensive experience includes leadership positions at Manna Molecular Science LLC and The Pass, where strategic growth and development were key focuses.
