Rishabh Sinha is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at Velocity since July 2024, Rishabh previously held the position of Head - Legal at FloBiz from August 2021 to July 2024, focusing on legal, compliance, and policy functions to support SME growth through digitization. Rishabh's tenure at Trilegal as a Senior Associate involved strategic M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory for both Indian and foreign clients. Additionally, Rishabh served as Counsel at Ikigai Law, specializing in advising early-stage ventures and technology companies, along with experience as General Counsel at FSTC, where responsibilities included legal oversight in the aviation training sector. Rishabh’s legal career began with roles at Bharti Realty, Amarchand Mangaldas, J. Sagar Associates, KPMG India, and HSA Advocates, following a B.A.LL.B (Hons.) degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
