Jeff Trauberman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and government engagement within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy, Analysis, and Government Engagement at Velos since January 2024, Trauberman previously contributed to the Institute for Defense Analyses as Adjunct Research Staff from October 2018 to January 2024. At Virgin Orbit from July 2018 to April 2023, Trauberman held the title of Vice President of Government Affairs-National Systems, where oversight included customer engagement and advocacy in Washington, DC, particularly concerning space and missile defense initiatives. Prior roles at Boeing, spanning over a decade, included Vice President of Space, Intelligence, and Missile Defense, as well as Vice President of Business Development for Network and Space Systems, where significant business development successes and government relations strategies were achieved. Trauberman holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Brown University and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center.
