Caroline Thompson has extensive experience in customer success and professional services, holding leadership positions such as Director of Customer Success at Velou and Director of Professional Services at Bluecore, where previous roles included Customer Onboarding Manager and Manager of Customer Onboarding. Prior experience includes working as an Account Manager and Associate Program Manager in Customer Success at Responsys, as well as serving as Lead Sales Associate at Ultimo and Operations Manager at T.R. Designs. Caroline Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Design Merchandising from Colorado State University between 2001 and 2005.
