Francesca Mus

Francesca Mus is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human resources and people development. Currently serving as a Junior People Development Consultant at VELUX since November 2021, Francesca has also held the role of Global Talent and Development Assistant. Previous experiences include writing for À-Propos Magazine and interning in human resources at Boston Consulting Group and Amazon, where significant contributions were made to mental wellbeing programs, performance reviews, and induction program design. Francesca has a strong foundation in team recruitment and internal communication from the role of Growth Manager at VGen Bologna. Francesca holds multiple degrees in International Management and People and Business Development from renowned institutions, including CEMS, Copenhagen Business School, and Esade, complemented by earlier studies in Business Administration at Alma Mater Studiorum and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
