Mads Kann-Rasmussen

Mads Kann-Rasmussen is the Chief Executive Officer of VKR Holding A/S since 2015, overseeing investments in daylight, fresh air, and environmental sustainability. With an extensive background in leadership within the VELUX Group, Mads served as Board Member of VELUX from 2014 to 2016 and as Vice President of Modular Skylights, managing the division's supply chain. Mads has also held various managerial roles at VELUX, including General Manager for Hungary, and Commercial Manager in Poland, alongside international experience in Czech and Slovakia. Prior to joining VELUX, Mads worked as General Manager for FVS Guangzhou Trading Co. Ltd. and as an Associate Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. Mads holds degrees from Copenhagen Business School and IMD. Current board memberships include DOVISTA A/S and Altaterra.
