Philip Dutko

Philip Dutko is an Associate in IP Litigation focusing on Life Sciences at Venable LLP since January 2024, supporting patent litigation teams in ANDA and traditional patent litigation and conducting freedom to operate analyses. Previously, Philip held the role of Legal Fellow at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, overseeing the Patent Pro Bono Program. Philip also completed a Summer Associate position at Venable LLP, where tasks included legal research and drafting motions. Prior experience includes positions as a Club Fitter and Salesperson at TaylorMade Golf Company, a Research Assistant for Professor Jordana Goodman at Boston University School of Law, and multiple internships at Kennedys focused on paralegal responsibilities and involvement in the COVID-19 Task Force. Philip holds a JD, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a BS in Health Science, a BA in Political Science, and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Miami.
