Serhad Bilim

Serhad Bilim is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the fluid control industry. Currently serving as Country Sales Manager at Venair since October 2024, Serhad has previously held the position of Industry Sales Manager for Pharma, Biotech, and Cosmetics at Bürkert Fluid Control Systems from November 2015 to October 2024. In this role, responsibilities included managing key accounts, analyzing market data, and developing pricing strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Sales Engineer and providing technical support and business development, as well as completing military service as a Reserve Officer in the Turkish Armed Forces. Academically, Serhad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Okan University, obtained in 2014.
