Aaron Davenport

Aaron C. Davenport was appointed a director of Venator in 2021 and serves on Venator’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. Davenport also is a managing director of SK Capital, focusing on the healthcare and specialty chemicals industries. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Noramco, Tasmanian Alkaloids, Wavelength Pharmaceuticals, and Perimeter Solutions. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of AEB Group, Halo Pharmaceutical, and TriTex and as a member of the Board of Directors of IBA Molecular and Archroma.
