About the Job:
The mission is looking for a Google/Amazon/Bing ads certified Specialist, with a focus on both SEM and Social Media, to add to the growing team. The role requires strong ad copywriting skills, as well as customer service skills, and strategic thinking, mixed with creativity and technical knowledge, to ultimately craft campaigns that drive results. and will be responsible for working closely with our Partners' clients and creating, monitoring, and optimizing Advertising Campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, etc.

Create and optimize campaign reports, providing insights on a monthly basis.
Answer questions from partners and clients regarding search & Facebook advertising.
Provide ongoing optimization and strategic recommendations based on campaign performance.
What you bring to the table:
2+ years creating and monitoring Paid Social Media Management campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and SEM campaigns on Google and/or Bing and/or Amazon.
2+ years of customer service experience via Email and over the phone
Commerce or Marketing degree or certification preferable
Experience creating and presenting strategies designed to reach a client’s KPIs
Can think strategically about campaigns to envision a system that will work cohesively to create real results for clients
Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Pixel to effectively track and monitor campaign performance
Experience with Paid advertisements on other social media platforms (such as Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) is considered an asset
Would be a plus:
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS): Measure the revenue generated for every dollar spent on advertising, aiming for a high ROAS.
Click-Through Rate (CTR): Track the percentage of people who click on ads, indicating the effectiveness of ad copy and targeting.
Conversion Rate: Monitor the percentage of clicks that result in desired actions (e.g., purchases, sign-ups), reflecting campaign success.
Cost per acquisition (CPA): Evaluate the cost to acquire a customer through ads, aiming to reduce CPA over time.
Impression Share: Measure the percentage of times ads are shown compared to the total available impressions, indicating visibility in the market.
