Dawn Rosier

Dawn Rosier is a finance and accounting manager at Vengreso. Dawn has over 20 years of experience in the field. Dawn has worked as a chief financial officer and director of business and finance. Dawn has also been a treasurer and budget officer. In their current position, they are responsible for overall authority for all the College’s financial and physical resources, oversees all campus capital and maintenance projects, and manages finance and human resources teams.
