Rudy Beserra

Rudy Beserra currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Latin Affairs and President at Vensure Employer Solutions, where the focus is on supporting Latino business owners by creating opportunities and enhancing business operations. Prior to this role, Rudy served as Vice President of Latin Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company for nearly three decades, acting as a liaison to the Latino community in areas of government business and community engagement. Rudy's educational background includes an AA Degree with a Teacher Certificate in Special Education and Political Science from The University of New Mexico, as well as a Board Development program at the Harvard Executive Forum.
