Leigh Wells

Leigh Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management across various sectors, including technology and utilities. Currently serving as Program Director at Ventia since September 2024, Leigh previously held the position of ERP Transformation - Workday - Technology Lead at APA Group from November 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Transport for NSW as Program Portfolio Manager, Device Technologies as Program Manager for Digital & E-commerce, and multiple positions at Ausgrid, where responsibilities spanned mobile computing, business systems continuity, and enterprise information services. Leigh's early career involved consulting roles in business intelligence at organizations such as EnergyAustralia, Cochlear Ltd, and News Limited. Leigh earned a BA Hons in Systems Analysis from the University of the West of England.
