Matthew Ting

Matthew Ting is an experienced business intelligence and finance professional with a strong background in data reporting and analytics. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence Lead at Ventia since November 2024, Matthew has previously held significant roles at Alinta Energy as the Group Finance Business Intelligence and Reporting Lead, and at Ventia as the Reporting Design & Implementation Lead. Key responsibilities throughout Matthew's career include the implementation of enterprise-wide reporting solutions using Power BI, mentoring junior staff, and improving reporting processes for efficiency. Notable achievements include the delivery of comprehensive Power BI reports, real-time data capture solutions, and automation of cashflow reports. Matthew's earlier experience includes roles at Broadspectrum, Lexmark International, ReadSoft, Bell Partners, and Sweeney Advertising. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Accounting from TAFE NSW.
