Oleg Ilenkov

Oleg Ilenkov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager at Vention since July 2023, Oleg previously held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Techart Group from May 2016, where responsibilities included leading a team of 15 engineers, conducting requirements gathering, and enhancing application performance through code refactoring and frontend development in the React ecosystem. Notable achievements include implementing Gitflow and Scrum frameworks to streamline processes, as well as successfully doubling account size through strategic project delivery management. Oleg's earlier experience as a Civil Engineer at Belpromproekt and a Master's degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Belarusian National Technical University further complement a diverse skill set in engineering and management.
