Mary D. Mitchell, MBA, CRCR, CHFP, currently serves as the Vice President of Provider Enrollment at Ventra Health, a role assumed in January 2024. Prior to this, Mary held various leadership positions at Optum, including VP Revenue Cycle Operations and AVP of Revenue Cycle Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operations in ambulatory services. Mary has also contributed to healthcare revenue cycle management at Alliance Family of Companies and Conifer Health Solutions. Earlier experience includes managing operations for the Federal Employee Program at WellPoint, Inc., and roles in product management and credit marketing at Natural Wonders, Inc., The Sharper Image, and The FACS Group. Mary's educational background includes an MBA in Health Care Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Marian College.
