Charles Flood

Charles Flood, FACHE, CHC, CHPC, is an accomplished healthcare compliance and privacy professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Notably, Flood has served as the Compliance and Privacy Officer at Ventura County Medical Center & Santa Paula Hospital and the Ventura County Health Care Agency. In addition, Flood held the positions of Managing Consultant and Interim Chief Compliance Officer at Coding Compliance Solutions, as well as Interim Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Senior Compliance Consultant. Flood's experience also includes serving as Vice President and Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at DHR Health and Compliance Director for Arizona Community Delivery at Banner Health. Currently, Flood is pursuing a Master of Health Services Administration (MHSA) at the University of Michigan.
