Marsha Michel, M.A., is an accomplished professional in international affairs with extensive experience in humanitarian response, organizational leadership, and gender advocacy. Currently serving as a Venture Leadership Collective Associate, Marsha provides executive-level support and conducts organizational assessments. As an ICAP Fellow and Scholar in the Presidential Leadership Scholars program, Marsha is engaged in advanced leadership development. Previous roles at USAID encompassed managing humanitarian portfolios, developing climate-adaptive strategies for refugee responses, and strengthening women's resilience in disaster settings. Marsha holds a Master's degree in International Affairs from American University and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Wheeling University.
