Meghan Oleary

Meghan OLeary, OLY, currently serves as Vice President of Innovation & Partnerships at VentureFuel, starting in September 2024, and holds the position of Venture Advisor at QDS Capital since December 2021, focusing on early-stage investments. OLeary is a Professional Speaker with BrightSight Speakers and previously led commercial development and innovation strategies for Team USA and LA 2028 at United States Olympic and Paralympic Properties from June 2022 to September 2024. OLeary has experience as a Venture Fellow at Beta Boom, an Independent Consultant advising startups in sports technology, and served on the USRowing Board of Directors, navigating significant governance and strategic challenges. A two-time Olympian and seven-time National Team member, OLeary has garnered accolades including World Championship medals and recognition as Fan's Choice Athlete of the Year. OLeary co-founded Turazo, a talent acquisition software platform, and holds advanced degrees from the University of Virginia and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
