Rashpal Uppal-Assi

Rashpal Uppal-Assi is a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain management, international business, learning design and strategy, spanning over 10 years serving public, private and non-profit organizations. During this time, Rashpal founded her own strategic management consulting firm, working primarily with small and medium enterprise businesses and institutions. In addition, she works closely with entrepreneurs and startups as a Mentor and Business Coach with Seneca College’s on-campus incubator: HELIX (Health Entrepreneurship and Lifestyle Innovation Xchange). More recently, Rashpal has been mentoring and advising startups to grow and scale with Futurpreneur Canada and Techstars. Her passion for developing the next generation of business leaders stems from devoting her time as a Professor with the School of International Business & Management at Seneca.
