Siva Balan has worked in the field of technical recruitment since 2016. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Venusgeo Solutions. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Trident Consulting, where they sourced, screened, interviewed and placed candidates with clients such as IBM, Wells Fargo, CTS and Infosys. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter for IDC Technologies, Inc., where they recruited IT Professionals in a time-sensitive environment and placed high-end technical professionals in the area of Information Technology Industry. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and IT Technical Recruiter for Crescens Inc., where they worked with Implementation Partners like Compaid, Covendis, OST global and developed and updated job descriptions and job specifications. Siva also sourced and attracted candidates using databases, social media and job boards, and screened and conducted interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools.

Siva Balan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University in 2015. Siva also has a certification in AutoCAD from Apollo Computer Solutions.
