Dylan Pawar

Dylan Pawar is an experienced strategy consultant currently working at Veran Performance since April 2024. Prior to this role, Dylan served as a technical recruitment consultant at SciPro from August 2021 to March 2024, specializing in the recruitment of digital health professionals across Europe, as well as being the sole European specialist in AI in Drug Discovery recruitment. Earlier experience includes a consulting analyst position at the Nottingham Economics & Finance Society, where Dylan was selected from a competitive pool of applicants, and an internship at Ernst & Young, which involved shadowing key departmental leaders and contributing to various projects. Dylan holds a Business Management BSc with Honors from the University of Nottingham and completed A levels in Mathematics, Economics, and Business at Beal High School.
