Donald Thompson is a seasoned Senior Water Resources Consultant at Verdantas since June 2023, following a brief period as a self-employed Senior Hydrologist. Prior to that, Donald held roles including Program Manager/Senior Hydrologist at Kleinfelder and Senior Hydrologist II at MSE Group, where responsibilities encompassed project and program management in solid waste management, water resources, and natural systems restoration. Donald has extensive experience in groundwater resource management and has owned a water resources consulting firm, specializing in numerical simulation and modeling. Donald's background also includes crafting custom furniture and managing the Water Resources Group at URS Corporation, alongside degrees in Geology and Water Resources & Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida.
