Mary Hogan Preusse

Mary Hogan Preusse is an American businesswoman and the current independent director at VEREIT. Mary has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Preusse started their career at APG Asset Management in 2000 as the Head of Americas Listed Real Estate. In this role, they were responsible for the management and growth of APG's real estate portfolio in the US. Mary was later promoted to Co-Head of Americas Real Estate and Managing Director.

In 2017, Preusse left APG to join the Board of Directors at VEREIT, Inc. Mary served on the Compensation and Nominating Committees during their time on the Board.

In 2020, Preusse joined the Board of Directors at Industrious. Mary served in this role until May 2022.

Preusse is also the founder and principal of Sturgis Partners LLC, a real estate investment firm.

Mary Hogan Preusse studied mathematics at Bowdoin College.
