Karthick Shanmugam is an accomplished technology leader with over 15 years of experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Director in the Software Development Group at Verisk since September 2010, Karthick has successfully led global teams in creating distributed Cloud native SaaS solutions and enterprise Cyber risk analytics products. Karthick's expertise spans architecture, design, and development of Enterprise Risk Management applications, highlighting a strong focus on performance and technical roadmap planning. Previous roles include Senior Database Developer at Epsilon and Database Developer at American Express and Legg Mason, where Karthick managed the development of data platforms, pipelines, and warehousing solutions. Karthick holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the University of Madras.
