Les Muir

Les Muir is a Principal Research Scientist at Verisk since February 2016. Prior to this role, Les served as a Postdoctoral Associate at Yale University from February 2012 to January 2016 and worked as a Projects Officer at CSIRO from October 2009 to January 2012. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from Monash University, obtained between 2003 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Applied and Computational Mathematics from The University of Queensland, completed in 2002.
