Christine Catalano

Christine Catalano has extensive experience in billing and client service, currently employed at Veritext Legal Solutions since August 2003. In this role, Christine researches escalated billing inquiries and addresses client requests comprehensively. Previously, Christine served as a Subject Analyst, collaborating with various departments and training staff as needed while investigating outstanding invoices from court reporting agencies, insurance companies, and attorneys nationwide. Prior to this, Christine worked at McDonald's Corporation from October 1995 to April 2003 as a Supervisor, overseeing operations at multiple locations. Christine attended Essex County College from 2000 to 2002.
