Verka is a flagship brand of MILKFED and came into being in 1973 when it was mandated for milk procurement, quality processing of milk and its products. 
The primary aim is to provide a lucrative milk market to the state milk producers by value addition and marketing of produce. Another one of its objective is to provide technical inputs for the enhancement of milk production.
