Project Management

The Project Management team at Vermeulen Groep oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction and infrastructure projects in the fields of ground, road, and waterworks, as well as green and planting activities, guardrails, traffic engineering works, and markings. This team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards by coordinating resources, managing contracts, and liaising with stakeholders.
