Alissa Robertson, MS, RDN, is a seasoned nutrition professional with extensive experience in public health and individual wellness. Currently serving as a Public Health Nutritionist at the Vermont Department of Health since May 2017, Alissa specializes in providing nutrition education and support to pregnant women, new mothers, and families through the WIC program. Additionally, Alissa has functioned as a Wellness Specialist for the Vermont State Employees' Wellness Program since June 2011, focusing on promoting healthy workplace environments. As the owner of Lifestyle Nutrition since October 2009, Alissa offers personalized coaching and education in various nutritional areas, including weight management and chronic disease management. Previous experience includes a role as a Weight Management Consultant at LA Weight Loss from July 2003 to May 2009. Alissa holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Vermont.
