Aniket Bhatnagar is a Machine Learning Engineer at Verneek. Aniket previously worked as a software development engineer intern at Amazon from June 2020 to August 2020, where they developed a design document for Amazon Advertising's Campaign Builder team to solve feature flags configurations problem. Aniket also designed and engineered a local cache store implementation to hold default configuration values for advertising campaign builder page. Their implementation was carried out in Java.
Bhatnagar also worked as an NLP research intern at New York University from September 2019 to August 2021, under the supervision of Prof Aniket He. Their research focused on the analysis of learned evaluation metrics for dialog response evaluation and translation evaluation, and aimed at minimizing performance degradation due to quality drift using prioritized sampling and human-in-loop ML model. All implementations were carried out with pyTorch and HuggingFace.
Prior to their work at Amazon and NYU, Bhatnagar was a machine learning engineer at Squad from February 2017 to June 2019, and a research intern (machine learning) at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from April 2016 to July 2016.
