Bianca Ganov

Bianca Ganov is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer support and education. Currently serving as a Customer Support Agent at Influx since September 2020, Bianca has also held positions as a Recruiter. Prior experience includes being a Grand Finalist in the Z-POP DREAM program, aimed at training aspiring idols in Indonesia, as well as roles as a Recruitment Assistant at Formulatrix and a Preschool Teacher at PT Sanggar Aksara. Early career experience involved working as a Barista at Telon Coffee and a Teacher at LKP Pelangi Nusantara. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Education in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, earned in 2018.
