Margaret Tolentino

Margaret (Margo) Tolentino, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Head of People at Versana and is a member of TroopHR. With experience spanning over a decade, Margo has held significant roles, including Director of People Operations & Employee Experience at Medium, where responsibilities included overseeing employee onboarding, DEI initiatives, and HR systems management. Prior to Medium, Margo was the Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards at Oatly, focusing on HR systems, compensation, and DEI functions. Margo's earlier experience includes roles at Bonobos, Nielsen Company, Sony Music Entertainment, and legal and tax services, all contributing to a strong foundation in human resources and benefits management. Margo holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Saint Peter's University and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Baruch College.
