Jeff Stanley

Jeff Stanley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a Consultant at Versar, Inc. since August 2022. Previously, Jeff operated as a Snap-On Tools Franchisee from February 2020 to August 2022, and dedicated nearly three decades to the United States Air Force in various roles, including Human Resource Superintendent, Sustainment Services Superintendent, and Education and Training Manager. Key achievements include overseeing the HR office's daily operations for the Air National Guard, formulating strategic plans, and implementing effective training programs. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in fields such as Education & Training Management and Mechanical & Electrical Technology.
