Radhika Bala

Radhika Bala is a Senior Consultant at Verista since April 2020, bringing extensive experience in quality systems and data management from previous roles at Sanofi and Biogen Idec. At Sanofi, Radhika served as a Users and Data Management Expert in the Global Quality team, delivering user and data management services across over 200 countries and overseeing the lifecycle management of quality systems. Radhika previously held the position of Principal Quality Systems Analyst, leading quality compliance support for key computerized systems projects in North America and reviewing critical lifecycle deliverables in support of Good Manufacturing Practices. Radhika's early career at Biogen Idec included roles as Support Analyst II, Instrument Support Engineer, and Technical Writer, focusing on enterprise collaboration tools, laboratory instrument upgrades, and software documentation. Radhika holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Madras.
