Murray Brown

Murray Brown is an experienced engineering professional specializing in mobile phone hardware development. Currently serving as a Baseband Specialist at Vertu since July 2014, Murray focuses on hardware concepting, thermal management techniques, and display specifications while collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers. Prior to this role, Murray worked at Surface Technology International as a Hardware Design Engineer, contributing to a research and development team for product design, and spent over a decade at Nokia as a Senior Hardware Engineer managing baseband design processes. Earlier career experiences include positions at Ultra Electronics and Hunting Avionics, where responsibilities involved testing and calibration of aircraft systems. Murray holds a BTEC Diploma in Avionics from Brunel Technical College and an SCOTEC Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Aberdeen Technical College.
