Joshua Conrad, CHA, has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Vesta Hospitality's Best Western Plus Agate Beach Inn in Newport, OR, since October 2019. Previously, Joshua held the position of Area General Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, overseeing operations for multiple hotels in the Portland area. Joshua's career also includes extensive experience at Hilton Worldwide, where a notable achievement includes successfully managing a multi-building facility and significantly improving guest satisfaction scores.
