Kelley Farley

Kelley Farley, PT, DPT, NCS, serves as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Vetter Senior Living since August 2024, focusing on rehabilitation goals in a skilled nursing environment primarily for geriatric clients. Additionally, Kelley is an Associate Instructor at the University of Utah, teaching a Pathophysiology course for Doctorate of Physical Therapy students while collaborating with faculty for course improvement. Previous experience includes providing comprehensive physical therapy services at SageWest Health Care, specializing in diverse patient populations, along with a residency in neurologic physical therapy at University of Utah Health. Kelley's background also includes roles as a Physical Therapist at Rehab Without Walls® NeuroSolutions and a prior position coordinating activities and fitness for seniors at the Eppson Center. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from the University of Wyoming.
