Sarah Watson

Sarah Watson, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Resident Services at Vi since July 2021. With extensive experience in senior care, Sarah held the position of President at the Illinois Pioneer Coalition from March 2018 to December 2023, and also served as Vice President and Board Member. Prior to their role at Vi, Sarah was the Director of Hospitality at Senior Lifestyle from January 2020 to July 2021 and the Director of Resident Services at Brookdale from May 2017 to January 2020. Sarah began their career in senior services as the Director of Dementia Services at Presbyterian Homes from March 2015 to October 2016. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work with a Gerontology Graduate Certificate from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology from the University of South Florida.
