Alexander Kistner

Alexander Kistner is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of NPI at VIA optronics since October 2022, Kistner previously held the position of Director R&D at Saurer Group from April 2017 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Kistner contributed to KARL MAYER in various roles, including Design Manager and Project Manager, where significant achievements included the establishment of a new production facility in India. Kistner began their academic journey at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach, earning a Dipl. Ing. BA in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering between 2004 and 2007.
